Running – Day1

Wow, it’s been a long time since I posted so I figured I would try and use the blog to talk about more then just IT stuff (Even though theres little of that on here). I don’t know what happened but on my drive home I felt motivated to go for a run. I haven’t done any decent excerise for along time, we’re talking 8 years or so.

Anyhows, I just finished running 2.5 miles in 22 minutes and 17 seconds (6.7 mph). Not too shabby for my first run.I’ll keep posting my times and hopefully improvements, a good motivator as the guys at work will take the piss if I give up.

I recorded the times and distance using a free app for the iPhone (Trainer Lite). If I can keep this up I will find a better app and perhaps share my routes.
